Order Cancellation

 

Cancellation Conditions

  • Orders can be cancelled directly if the request is made within 48 hours of placement and the items have not yet been dispatched.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled if more than 48 hours have passed since the order was placed or if the items have already been shipped. In such cases, please wait for the delivery to arrive and then contact us to initiate a return and refund process. For more details, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

Cancellation Process

  • To apply for a cancellation, please contact our support team via email at customer@livovestae.com or by phone at +1 (831) 251-2351. You must provide your order number and proof of payment (such as a receipt or transaction screenshot).

  • Our support team will process your request immediately. Once approved, we will notify you of the result and arrange your refund as soon as possible.

Refund Instructions

  • Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original bank card (Visa or MasterCard) used at the time of purchase.

  • Estimated Arrival Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, we expect the refund to arrive within 1 to 5 business days. If the refund is overdue, please contact us for further assistance.

Order Modification Policy

We do not support modifications to an order (such as changing the item type, color, or quantity) once it has been placed. If you need to make changes, please follow the cancellation process outlined above within the 48-hour window and place a new order.

Out-of-Stock Cancellations

We strive to ensure all items are available; however, if an item you ordered is out of stock or becomes unavailable, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In this event, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Verification Failures

For security purposes, we may cancel orders that fail our internal payment security verification or contain incomplete shipping information. We will reach out to you before taking such action to attempt to resolve the issue.
