Delivery Scope: We currently only support delivery within Australia. We do not ship to other countries.
Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping on orders of AUD 100 or more. For orders under AUD 100, a flat shipping fee of AUD 10.99 will be charged.

Transit Time: Delivery typically takes between 7 to 15 business days.

6. Cancellation
Cancellation Conditions: Orders may be cancelled directly within 48 hours of placement if they have not yet been shipped. If more than 48 hours have passed since the order was placed, or if the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please wait for the logistics delivery and then contact us to arrange a return and refund.
Refunds: Refunds will be returned to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Arrival Time: Once the refund conditions are met, the refund will be returned to the bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account used for payment.
