Return and Exchange Validity Period
We offer a 45-day return and exchange window. You have the right to request a return or exchange within 45 days from the date you receive (sign for) the goods. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Ship Back: You need to send the product back to our designated return address. Please ensure the item is securely packaged.

Inspection & Refund: Upon receipt, we will immediately inspect the product to verify it matches the reported condition. If the inspection is passed, we will arrange your refund immediately. For more information about refunds, please refer to our "Refund Process".

Review: Our customer service team will process your application immediately. If approved, we will inform you and provide the designated return address.

Ship Back: You need to send the original product back to our designated return address.

Inspection & Dispatch: Upon receipt, we will immediately inspect the product. If the inspection is passed, we will arrange the new shipment within 1-3 business days. The estimated delivery time for the new item is 7-15 business days. For more details on shipping, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
Refund Process

Method: Refunds will be returned to the original bank card (Visa, MasterCard) account used for the purchase.

Processing Time: Depending on the processing efficiency of different banking institutions, we expect the refund to arrive in your account within 1-5 business days. If you have not received it after this time, please contact us.
Fee Rules

Our Responsibility: For returns or exchanges caused by product appearance issues, quality issues, odors/severe color differences, or wrong items sent, the shipping costs will be borne by us.

Customer Responsibility: For "No Reason" (Change of Mind) returns or exchanges, the shipping costs for returning the item will be borne by you.

While we strive to ensure the quality of every product, we are not responsible for damages or defects resulting from:

Product Condition Requirements for "No Reason" Returns
If you apply for a return under the "No Reason" (Change of Mind) condition, the product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and without damage. All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags must be intact. If the returned item is found to be used or damaged by the customer, we reserve the right to refuse the full refund.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order free of charge before the product has been shipped. If the product has already been shipped, the order cannot be canceled immediately; you will need to follow the Return Process after receiving the goods. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
