Shipping policy

 

Welcome to Livovestae (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us"). We are dedicated to providing you with the best experience when purchasing our outdoor furniture sets and chairs. Please read the following shipping terms carefully before placing an order.

Delivery Range

We currently only support shipping within Australia (Australia-wide). We do not support shipping to countries other than Australia at this time. Please ensure your delivery address is within the Australian territory.

Shipping Fees

We strive to keep shipping costs simple and affordable:

  • Free Shipping: Orders totaling AUD 100 or more are shipped free of charge.

  • Standard Shipping: For orders totaling less than AUD 100, a flat shipping fee of AUD 10.99 will be charged.

Taxes

Transparency is key to our service. All taxes and related fees are already included in the product price displayed on our website. You are not required to pay any additional tax fees upon checkout or delivery.

Order Cut-off Time

Our order cut-off time is based on our service hours (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT).

  • Cut-off Time: 18:00 (6:00 PM) Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT

  • Orders placed before 18:00 Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT will begin processing on the same day.

  • Orders placed after 18:00 Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT will be processed starting the following business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be prioritized for processing on the next available business day.

Processing Time

Once your order is confirmed, we require time to pick, pack, and prepare your outdoor furniture for dispatch.

Processing Time: 1-3 business days.

Transit Time

After the processing period is complete and the package has been handed over to the carrier, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

Transit Time: 7-15 business days.

To ensure your furniture arrives safely, we partner with reputable carriers including, but not limited to:

  • Australia Post

  • StarTrack

  • Sendle

  • Allied Express

Order Tracking

We believe in keeping you informed every step of the way.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment billing details, and the logistics carrier information.

  • To track your package, please visit the "Order Tracking" page on our website. Enter your email address (or phone number) and the corresponding order number to query the real-time status of your shipment.

Liability Statement

Product Damage or Loss
If your product is lost during transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. For damaged items, please retain all original packaging and provide photos to assist with the claim process.

Shipping Modifications and Cancellations

  • Modifications: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us before the order is shipped. Once shipped, we cannot guarantee that the address can be modified.

  • Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If the item has already been dispatched, the request will be treated as a return.

Delivery Address and Responsibility
We are responsible for delivering the package to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer. Please double-check your details before finalizing your order.

Signing Instructions

Upon arrival of your outdoor furniture, please inspect the external packaging before signing for receipt. If there is visible significant damage to the packaging, you have the right to refuse the shipment or note "Damaged" on the carrier's delivery receipt. Please contact us immediately if this occurs.

Delayed Delivery

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, external factors such as severe weather, traffic disruptions, or peak season volumes may cause delays. If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us, and we will initiate an investigation with the carrier.

Split Shipments

Due to the size and weight of outdoor furniture sets, your order may be packed in multiple boxes. These boxes might be delivered by different carriers or arrive on different days. This is standard procedure to ensure the safety of the items. Please check your tracking information for details on multiple packages.
